This is indicates that you either don't have a compatible graphics card or chipset or that you have not updated the drivers for the graphics card or chipset. We recommend either an Nvidia Geforce graphics card or an ATI Radeon graphics card. The graphics card or chipset should not be older than 5 years old. Nvidia and ATI graphics cards or chipsets older than 5 years are not compatible. SIS and certain Intel graphic chipsets are also not supported.
