This indicates that the capture software is set to NTSC format and not PAL format. Depending on which software was included with your DVD Maker, please try the following -

Power Producer 4 & 5 - At the video capture screen, click the hammer & nail icon and change the location to Australia or the format to PAL B

Power Director 6 & 7 - Go to Capture, click Settings, click the TV Setup tab and select PAL B as the format

ShowBiz DVD 2 - Click Capture, click Advance, select PAL B as the video standard

Video easy - Go to the Capture screen, click Advanced view, click Hardware & drivers, press the Display button and select PAL B as the video standard
