I am connecting my digital photo frame (KBA04041) to the USB port of my PC but it is not being detected

Unfortunately this is not documented in the provided user guide. There is a setting that needs to be changed - At the main menu select 'SETUP' > then select 'COMMON' > select 'USB MODE' > change from 'UDISK' to 'PC'. The PC will now detect the frame as a removable storage device. | |
