We have seen this issue previously and have enquired with Arcsoft about what is causing it. They could not provide us with a concrete answer. There are a couple of things that you can try that have worked for other customers -

1. Change the current save location before you press the Acquire button. Create a folder on the root directory of your hard drive and select this folder as your new save location

2. Updating the drivers to your graphics card and then re-calibrating
