I am using Video Glide software on the Mac, the software will freeze each time I try and capture video

We recommend that you try the following suggestions – 1) Quit VideoGlide Capture and delete the file: [home]/Library/Preferences/EchoFX Preferences/VideoGlide Capture Preferences. Note that [home] refers to your home folder, not the root of the hard drive. 2) Relaunch VideoGlide Capture. Hold down the option key and select Record / Video Settings. Click OK. Hold down the option key again, and select Record / Sound Settings. Click OK. Holding the option key down will reset all of Apple's settings related to VideoGlide Capture. | |
