Unit fails to detect

If Windows does not detect the device, try the following steps:

  1. Restart PC
  2. Change the USB port that the unit is connected to [try all available ports]
  3. Reinstall the drivers & Power Cinema software

If you are having further issues, please submit a support request and one of our technicans will advise you on what to do next.
