There are two files in the Windows driver database that cause the TV Stick Dual to be detected as a Winfast TV tuner. Go to the search function in Windows and look for the following files -

Af15BDA.sys

BdaSup.sys

When you find each file, right click and rename the .sys extension to the .old extension. If you don't see the .sys extension, go to Control Panel, change the 'view by' to large icons, then click on folder options, click view and untick 'hide extensions for known file types'.

Restart Windows after you have renamed both files.

Install the latest drivers so Windows detects the device as a TV Stick Dual. Go to your Device Manager, look in Sound video and game controllers, you should see the following -

This indicates that the drivers have been successfully installed.

To scan for channels, double click the Total Media icon on your desktop and click on TV to run through the setup wizard.
