I want to scan my photos and documents directly to the PC but I see a red flashing light and I can't scan

This indicates that you don't have a memory source connected to the mini PhotoScanner. Even when scanning directly to the PC, the scanner device requires either an SD card or USB memory stick attached. It will use the memory source as temporary storage before it saves the scan to your hard drive. | |
