I am using the power supply that was included with the Photo Scanner but it is not turning on, what can I do?

Included with the Photo Scanner is a USB cable that you can use to power the device and to transfer files from the SD card to the computer. Connect the mini USB connection into the Photo Scanner and connect both USB connections into the computer. If the Photo Scanner does turn on, this indicates that the power supply has malfunctioned. If that is the case, please call 1300 302 306 or contact us on-line and we can provide you with a replacement power supply. If the device still fails to power, this indicates that the Photo Scanner has malfunctioned. Please contact us to discuss a warranty return. | |
