My anti-virus software indicates that this frame has a Trojan Virus installed

Some anti-virus programs may think that your keyring photo frame has a Trojan when it is connected to the PC. This is because the photo frame software is located on the on-board memory rather than being installed on your PC. Please note that there is no Trojan file on the photo frame. Please disable your anti-virus software before connecting the photo frame to the PC. | |
