The photo frame will only work when it is connected to the USB port of my PC or Mac

Unfortunately the internal battery of the photo frame has malfunctioned. Please take it back to the place of purchase for replacement. If the item was a gift or you no longer have the purchase receipt, please send an email to: helpdesk@kaiserbaas.com - Please provide the following details: Subject line - KB 1.5 keyring replacement Serial number of the faulty unit (bar code on the top of the box, starts with KBA) Address (PO Box address not accepted) Contact number Colour of the frame *Please note, it will take between 2 to 4 weeks for delivery once your email has been received
