I want to capture NTSC video but it is in black and white

To capture NTSC video make sure that your VCR has the ability to play NTSC tapes. In the Power Producer software click 'Capture' then click 'Settings', click the 'TV Setup' tabe and select 'PAL_60' in the format menu. | |
