My negatives are scanning as negatives and not as a colour picture

We have asked Arcsoft on why this issue occurs but they could not replicate the error. We have found that when you go to 'Get Photos', 'Acquire from scanner', in the scanning dialogue box, when you change the save location this fixes the issue and we have had positive feedback from customers in regards to this. We suggest creating a folder on your hard drive, for example 'Pictures', then change the save location to that folder before pressing the 'Acquire' button. | |
