Check your Device Manager under Sound Video & Game Controllers, there should be two USB entries listed, USB Audio / USB 2861 device and USB Capture Device. Providing the drivers have been installed there should be no errors or conflicts. If the DVD Maker is not listed in Sound Video & Game Controllers or you are getting a 'USB has malfunctioned' error during connection, this would indicate that the DVD Maker has malfunctioned. If the purchase date is less than 14 days from purchase please contact the place of purchase for replacement. Otherwise please call our service department on 1300 302 306 to organise a warranty repair. | |
