I purchased a Toshiba notebook and it came with a Kaiser Baas TV tuner, I have installed it but the Power Cinema software does not detect the tuner, what can I do?

The provided Power Cinema software will not work with Windows 7. The Media Centre software included with Windows is compatible with our tuner. The 32bit driver on the disc does work with Windows 7.
