Do I need to connect my video to the composite and S-Video connectors

No, you only use the connections that are available on your VCR or analogue video camera. Some analogue video cameras have an S-Video output so it is best to use this for better picture clarity. Please note; you have to provide your own S-Video cable as this is not included. | |
