With the Windows 7 64bit edition, even though the correct driver has been installed, the Photo Maker is not detected correctly when it is connected to the USB port. The following guide will explain how to fix the issue.

Click the ‘Start’ button, right click the ‘Computer’ icon; select ‘Properties’ and then click ‘Device Manager’ on the left hand side. The Photo Maker will be detected as a ‘USB Camera’ in ‘Other devices’ –

Click 'OK' then click 'Next'.

The drivers will now install. Click 'Close' to finish.

The Photo Maker will be listed in 'Imaging devices' as an 'OVT Scanner' -
