The photo book will only work when it is connected to the USB port of my PC or Mac

| Unfortunately the internal battery of the photo book has malfunctioned. Please take it back to the place of purchase for replacement. If the item was a gift or you no longer have the purchase receipt please call our service department on 1300 302 306 to organise a warranty replacement. | |
