Can I play slideshow with music
Yes, this model supports this function, please ensure you are using files that are supported.
Can I play video files?
This model has no video playback support.
How do I copy picture files to the on-board memory?
Connect the frame to your PC using the provided USB cable; the on-board memory will be detected by Windows as a removable device. You can then transfer your images across to the on-board memory.
I've lost my remote control / USB cable?
We do have spare parts available for a small fee. Please call our Service Department: 1300 302 306.
What is the mode button on the remote control used for?
The mode button is used when playing music files, you can select to repeat a music track or to repeat all tracks. It does not work when playing a picture slideshow.
What is the screen resolution?
The screen resolution is 800 x 600.
