I cant download my saved footage on my X4

Depending on the software and operating system on your PC/Mac, you may need to try the following:

Plug your camera in to the PC using the supplied USB cable.

Once you have done this, a menu will appear on the view finder/screen of your X4 Camera with the following options:

Mass storage

Ext Power

Charge

Select: Mass storage                      

Once this is complete, your computer will recognise the device and prompt you with a memory card option.
