This message may occur if the SD card was not formatted through the X90 action camera. To solve this, please reformat the SD card by following the steps below. Please note, this will delete all footage/data on the SD card. Please backup any footage on the SD card before performing these steps:
- Turn the X90 on.
- Press the 'Menu' button once.
- Navigate to the 'Format' option near the bottom of the menu list.
- Press the 'Record' button to confirm the menu selection.
You can now use the product normally and view the images taken on your X90.
