I can't see GPS map on my Android phone

Google map requires internet connection to display the realtime map. Android phones are not capable of accessing both WiFi and 4g at the same time like iPhones. The map can not be accessed when your Android phone is directly connected to the dashcam's Wi-Fi because at that time, your smartphone can't be connected to the internet to access the map server. However videos are still being recored with the GPS data. You can download the videos and playback later to seethe map and GPS details (speed, location) once you disconnect the phone from the camera Wi-Fi.
