If you're having WiFI Connection errors, please do the following:
To resolve this issue,
1. Turn off the WIFI from the cam,
2. Turn off the app completely(turn off background running too),
3. Connect the phone with regular internet WIFI,
4. Turn on the app without connecting the cam to see it is running, and turn off the app,
5. And now turn the cam WIFI on
6. Connect the cam’s WIFI with your phone
7. Turn on the app & connect it to the cam
In Short, just disconnect the cam from the phone, turn on the app separately on the phone, and retry to connect normally.
- RE: ‘No internet connection’ message shows when the phone is connected to the Cam Wifi.(See the image below)
1. This is normal because the phone is not connecting to the internet but connecting to the cam through WIFI
2. ‘No internet connection’ when there is a connection problem; the message has nothing to do with the connection problem. Please try the method above.
