To resolve this issue and other possible connection issues:
1. Turn off the WIFI from the camera
2. Turn off the App completely (ensure you turn off background running too)
3. Connect the phone with regular internet WIFI
4. Turn on the App without connecting the cam to see if it is running
5. Turn off the App again
6. And now turn the cam WIFI back on
7. Connect cam WIFI with your phone
8. Turn on the App & connect it to the cam
Summary: Essentially disconnect the camera from your phone, turn on the App separately on the phone, and retry to connect normally.
If you continue to have issues and the product is still with in the warranty period, we would suggest you to contact the place of purchase for a replacement/refund. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
